Buckinghamshire County Council hosted our last meeting of 2011 at County Hall in Aylesbury. The LSTF bids were the subject of much discussion, as was the decision by Nick Gibb, MP to remove the mode of travel question from the school census. Attendees also heard an excellent presentation from Phil Burke about how Bracknell Forest Council has increased levels of cycling by implementing and marketing new routes. Bracknell Forest will be hosting the first of our 2012 meetings with further |
meetings being held at Gatwick Airport in May and Surrey County Council in September. We hope to include a brief tour of Gatwick Airport at our May meeting.
