We held a fantastic regional event on 5th December at the Parsons Brinkerhoff Offices in Manchester. Speakers included Carol Johnson-Eyre from Merseytravel who spoke about their Local Sustainable Transport Fund Bid, Andrew Potter from Parsons Brinckerhoff who talked about a recent review of London's "Boris Bikes", Anne Clark from Walk England who gave an overview on the new Walk4life resources/initiative, Roy McDonald from Agito whose talk was called a review and lessons learnt from Bangor's sustainable transport plans and Liz West from TfGM who gave an interesting update about the Metrolink. |
As you can see it was a packed agenda with great speakers. More events like these will be organised in 2012.
